Per Florczak

Per Florczak has extensive experience in bus operations and planning within the transportation industry. They served as Områdeinstruktør at DSB Busser from 1995 to 1999, where they led a team of instructors responsible for training new drivers. From 1999 to 2008, Per took on the role of Driftsleder with Combus / Arriva / Connex / Veolia, overseeing 180 drivers and 6 operational assistants. They worked as Planlægningschef at Tide Bus Danmark and Arriva Danmark between 2010 and 2016, managing the logistics and planning departments. Currently, Per holds the position of Driftschef at Keolis Danmark, focusing on operational planning and optimization for a substantial driver team.
