Derek Conlan

Derek Conlan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in innovation and development within the food industry. Currently serving as Group Culinary Innovation Manager at Kepak Group since March 2021, Derek has held positions such as NPD & Innovation Manager. Previously, at The Culinary Food Group from October 2014 to March 2021, Derek progressed through roles including Executive Development Chef and Senior Innovations & Development Chef. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Tutor at Cooks Academy and Head Chef at 95 Espresso. Derek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Automotive Technology from Technological University Dublin, where studies took place from 2003 to 2011.
