Eric Desmond serves as General Manager at Kepak Group since November 2016, previously holding the position of Group Boning Hall Manager. Prior to this role, Eric held the title of Production Manager at Dawn Meats from 2000 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing the boning hall, overseeing retail, MAP and skin pack production, and production planning.
