Simona S. is currently the Food Safety and Compliance Manager at Kepak Ltd. Simona graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest in 2005 with a DVM diploma, and later completed a Master of Science in Hygiene and Food Safety at the same institution in 2007. Simona's career began as a veterinary consultant at the Prahova County Veterinary Directorate before moving to the UK in 2008 as a Meat Hygiene Inspector. Over the years, Simona has held various roles, including Official Veterinarian and lecturer at Glasgow Vet School, and has significant experience in managing veterinary teams and ensuring compliance in meat hygiene across multiple locations.
