John Condon

John Condon serves as the Manager of Quality Assurance at Kephera Diagnostics, overseeing the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems in compliance with medical device regulations. Prior to this role, John held positions as Manager of GMP Quality Assurance at Blueprint Medicines and Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing quality contacts with contract manufacturing organizations and facilitating batch review and release processes. John's extensive experience in quality assurance also includes a tenure at Alkermes, where skills in clinical trial product release, deviation assessments, and regulatory compliance were honed. With a strong foundation in supervising teams and managing audits, John has consistently contributed to continuous improvement initiatives throughout a career that began at Acambis, Inc. John earned an Associate of Arts degree from Massasoit Community College.
