Amal Venu

Amal Venu has work experience in the field of data analysis and data science. In 2021, they worked as a Data Analyst at Kepler Analytics, where they calibrated and reviewed sensor data using SQL scripts and Power BI dashboards. They also created efficient SQL queries for data checks and met basic requirements, resulting in improved product quality and client feedback. In 2020, they worked as a Data Scientist at UST Global, where they coordinated a team of 10 people and collected real-time data from different sensors. They conducted Data Exploration and Visualization to find a mode of operation with the least power consumption, and created a Machine Learning model with 98% accuracy in classifying parameters.

Amal Venu completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology in Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram from 2014 to 2018. Later, from 2019 to 2021, Amal pursued a Masters in Data Science at Monash University. Additionally, Amal obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft in February 2023, Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, and Sequence Models from DeepLearning.AI in February 2021, and other certifications related to data science and programming from DataCamp and deeplearning.ai.
