Michael Spencer is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial analysis, e-commerce, and customer success. Michael's career began with a Congressional internship at US Congress, followed by roles at Macy's where responsibilities included assistant omnichannel buyer, senior manager of digital analytics, and director of e-commerce and business development. A financial analyst role at NRUCFC involved managing financial models and audits for cooperatives. Michael transitioned to RetailNext as an account director before taking the position of head of customer success for North America at Kepler Analytics. Academically, Michael holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Finance from Syracuse University.
