Daniel Hellwig

Daniel Hellwig is a partner and principal at Kepler Cannon, where experience spans from June 2014 to the present. Prior roles include an analyst position in Digital & Analytics at Deloitte from 2013 to 2014 and investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2010. Notable achievements include creating a valuation model for a significant acquisition in the media sector and working on industry-specific pitch-books. Earlier experience at Deutsche Bank involved preparing investment pitches and developing VBA macros for fee structure comparisons. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Operations Research, and Mathematics from The Wharton School, a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a PhD in Production Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, concluding in November 2023. Education also includes a German Abitur from Heinrich-von-Gagern-Gymnasium.
