Matthew Morris

Matthew Morris has two decades of professional experience working with military, government, and international organizations. They have specialized in international relations, project management, intelligence, and space defense, holding various positions including Program Manager for the Space Capabilities Integration Division at the United States Department of Defense and Director of Business Development at Kepler Communications. They have authored and implemented significant education and training processes at NATO Special Operations School and currently lead Sea to Space Consulting. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in International Politics and a Graduate Certificate in Space Studies.
