Ryan White has over 23 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Ryan has held various roles at Kepler Communications Inc., including Director of Software & Digital Design, where they led a team of software and hardware designers in the development of embedded systems and FPGA-based products. Prior to that, they were a Software Development Manager at Kepler Communications Inc. In their previous role at L3Harris, they were a Project Manager, responsible for managing technical projects and maintaining relationships with engineering disciplines. Ryan also held roles such as Software Engineering Manager, Embedded Software Manager, Technical Lead - FPGA Design, Senior FPGA Designer, and Embedded Software Designer at L3Harris. Ryan White has a strong background in embedded software and FPGA design and has successfully delivered projects on time and within budget.

Ryan White began their education at Niagara College from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering Technology with a focus on Computer Science. Following this, they attended the University of Waterloo from 2008 to 2011, studying Applied Mathematics. Ryan has also obtained several certifications in project management, including the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in July 2022, and a series of certificates from Coursera, such as the Google Project Management Certificate, Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World, Google Project Management: Specialization, Agile Project Management, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Planning: Putting It All Together, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, and Foundations of Project Management, all earned between November 2021 and April 2022.
