Ryan White is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Director of Software & Digital Design at Kepler Communications Inc. since June 2022. Ryan has a strong background in embedded software and FPGA design, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for space-based applications. Prior roles at L3Harris include Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager for Advanced Processing, Embedded Software Manager, Technical Lead for FPGA Design, Senior FPGA Designer, and Embedded Software Designer, contributing to technical advancements in imaging and signal processing, as well as managing large teams focused on satellite systems development. Ryan holds degrees in Computer Engineering Technology and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and Niagara College.
