Oscar Beiroa

Oscar Beiroa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Oscar began their career at Pink Noise - Globalizing Fun as a freelance translator in April 2010. In June 2009, Oscar joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a Localization QA Tester and later held various positions, including Localization QA Testing Coordinator, Multilingual Localization Specialist, and Senior Multilingual Localization Specialist. In this role, they managed asset translations for multiple languages and took on additional responsibilities such as training and overseeing new team members. In June 2020, Oscar transitioned to Paradox Interactive as a Release Manager, where they worked until April 2022. Currently, Oscar holds the position of Platform Manager at Kepler Interactive, starting in April 2022. Oscar has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Platform Manager, which they started in February 2023.

Oscar Beiroa received their Master of Arts degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universidade de Vigo, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they obtained the CELGA 5 Galician Language certification from the Xunta de Galicia (Galician Government) in June 2008.
