Boris Civcic

Boris Civcic has extensive experience in software engineering and web development. Boris currently holds the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at Kepler51 Analytics, where they started as a part-time developer and eventually became a full-time lead developer. In this role, Boris is responsible for organizing tasks, ensuring code quality, managing a team, and refactoring a class component-based app to functional components.

Prior to their current role, Boris worked as a Software Engineer at RogerHR, where they focused on developing the new HR Dashboard. Boris automated tasks, organized files and code, and prioritized UI/UX excellence by using modern UI libraries and frameworks.

Boris also worked as a Software Engineer at Swiftlane, where they played a lead role in developing the new Admin Dashboard for the Access Control System. Boris implemented a CI/CD pipeline, resolved application-level bugs, and prioritized testing and quality assurance.

Before that, Boris founded and served as the CEO of Qschool, a role they held from 2017 to 2021. Boris was also a Front-End Developer at Zojax Group, where they coded various designs and built responsive websites and apps.

Boris gained experience as a Front-End Developer at LovAppy and IOV, where they focused on UI/UX design, responsiveness, and functionality. Boris also worked as a Front-End Developer at Sockam, where they designed and developed web forms using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and React.

Boris obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design during this period.
