David Castillo

David Castillo is a Facilities and Workplace Experience Leader, currently serving as a Sr. Workplace Experience Specialist at Kepler, where they coordinate with leadership teams in the U.S. and manage office operations, vendor relationships, and workplace culture. Previously, Castillo held several roles including Corporate Services Specialist at Smith & Nephew, where they supervised general services for a site with 1,500 employees, and Account Manager at SBM Management Services, LP, overseeing a team of over 100 in managing facilities support for Amazon Costa Rica. They also served as Workplace Experience Lead for the Microsoft account at JLL and as a Student Services Officer at Texas Tech University - Costa Rica. Castillo earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
