Emma Farley

Emma Farley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as AVP People & Culture at Kepler since February 2024, Emma previously held the position of HR Director at Kinase, where leadership was demonstrated as the first standalone operational hire, advising on key business decisions and managing a team of four. Prior roles include Quality & HR Facilitator at Otima Health, where Emma contributed to clinical governance and board-level reporting, and freelance instructor at Trent Park Equestrian Centre, coordinating events and fostering client relationships. Emma's earlier experience includes operational management at LA Fitness UK and a junior role in the Sheffield University Officer Training Corps. Emma holds a degree in English and History from The University of Sheffield.
