Fernanda Jaén

Fernanda Jaén has a diverse background in hospitality and marketing, with significant experience from The Coast Beachfront Hotel, where responsibilities included serving as an Administrative Assistant Executive focused on market analysis, customer service, and conflict resolution as Reception Supervisor. Additionally, Fernanda held the position of Reservations and Guest Relations Manager at The Coast Beachfront Hotel. Transitioning to Kepler, roles included Campaign Ops Specialist I and II from October 2021 to October 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and a Licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management at OBS Universitat de Barcelona.
