SVP, Marketing Analytics & Systems Strategy at Kepler

Mike Monaco is currently the SVP, Marketing Analytics & Systems Strategy at Kepler. Mike has over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic strategy and optimization.

Monaco started their career in 2007 as a Lead Analyst - Revenue Management at Wyndham Worldwide / RCI. In this role, they were responsible for the analysis of revenue management programs and initiatives across all Wyndham brands.

In 2010, Monaco transitioned into the world of digital marketing when they joined MediaMath as their Vice President, Programmatic Strategy & Optimization. In this role, they oversaw the programmatic buying strategies for MediaMath's clients, which included some of the world's largest brands and agencies. Mike was also responsible for developing and managing relationships with key platform partners, such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon.

Most recently, Monaco was the Senior Director - Digital Marketing at Trivergance LLC from February 2017 to November 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy, management, and analysis of digital programs for several new start-up business initiatives. These initiatives spanned a number of areas of subject matter expertise, including media planning, customer segmentation, programmatic buying, SEO, email marketing, paid social media, and digital media analytics.

Monaco is a thought leader in the digital marketing space and has been quoted in several industry publications, such as AdExchanger, Business Insider, and eMarketer. Mike is also a frequent speaker at industry events, such as the IAB Annual Leadership Meeting and the DMA &Then Conference.

Mike Monaco completed their undergraduate studies at Lehigh University, where they earned a B.S. in Integrated Business and Engineering with a concentration in Industrial Engineering.

Mike Monaco reports to Rick Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer. Mike Monaco works with Evan Miller - Head, Product & Data Science, Sam Roeca - Head, Engineering, and Garrett Dale - Chief Partnership Officer.
