Named in reference to the schools of philosophy in Ancient Greece and particularly to Epicurus' Garden, Kepos consulting offers professional services to develop the capabilities of your organisation and your people. What makes us different is our belief that autonomy, purpose, and mastery are the foundations of sustainable human capital development and the requirements for personal happiness in the workplace.

Our work orbits around 3 simple ideas:

1) Start with the end in mind. Determine first the new set of activities and behaviours that you would like to see in your team. Then work backwards to design the appropriate learning interventions that will progressively build the confidence and the mastery of adopting better working habits

2) Trust the organisation's collective intelligence. Our research shows that organisations do not leverage enough the accumulated wealth of knowledge and experience that exists within their walls. Our work often entails identifying these individuals who have developed and adopted successful working habits, understanding in details how they "do it", and eventually codifying and scaling these habits for the benefits of others

3) Learn by doing and support practice during and after learning interventions. Experiential learning is by far the most effective way for adults to discover, learn, and adopt different working habits. Whether inside a classroom or at back-at-work, our engagements focus on creating risk-free environments where adults can try, fail, reflect, try again, improve, repeat, get better, etc. until they reach their desired levels of mastery, autonomy, and purpose

We offer the following services:
- Assessment and analysis of human capital
- Design of experiential learning interventions
- Workshop Facilitation
- Business Coaching to management teams
