Jopy Chiang

Jopy Chiang currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Infrastructure at Keppel Ltd. since 2023. Prior to this role, Jopy was the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Infrastructure Trust from 2021 to 2023 and held the position of Senior Vice President of Investments (Infrastructure) at Keppel Ltd. from 2019 to 2021. Jopy's experience includes serving as Head of Execution for Investments (Infrastructure) at Mizuho Asia Infra Capital (2016-2017) and as Assistant Vice President of Investments (Infrastructure) at Partners Group (2012-2015). Jopy began a career in investments with a position as Associate at Arcapita (2010-2012) and also worked as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at Barclays Capital / ABN AMRO (2008-2010). Jopy holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
