Miranda Suarez is an award-winning Tarrant County government accountability reporter for KERA News, the NPR member station in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Previously, Miranda held roles as an investigative intern at WFXT Boston 25 News, a Lee Ester Fellow at Wisconsin Public Radio, and a Bostonomix Business Fellow at WBUR, where they covered diverse topics with clarity and empathy. Miranda earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University and continues to lead impactful coverage on issues affecting Tarrant County, including allegations of abuse in the county jail.
