Priscilla Rice

Priscilla Rice is a Communities Reporter at KERA – North Texas Public Broadcasting since October 2024. Previously, Priscilla worked with the Dallas Independent School District from March 2022 to September 2024 as a Coordinator/Writer and Specialist/Interpreter. Prior experience includes roles as a Traffic Anchor/Producer at Entercom from September 2018 to January 2023 and as an Assignment Editor at KXAS NBC 5 and KDFW Fox 4 for short periods in 2006. Priscilla also served as an Assignment Editor at Univision KNVO McAllen and Univision 23 KUVN from July 2005 to August 2005 and January 2001 to August 2005, respectively. Early career experience includes working as a Radio news and traffic reporter at Metro Networks from January 1998 to January 2001. Priscilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1992 and 1996.
