Benoit Duffez has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Benoit started their career in 2007 as a Webmaster intern at NewLC, where they developed services on the company's web portal. In 2008, they worked as an RF Analog Engineer at Renesas, where they studied and implemented RF power control solutions for a UMTS HSPA mobile phone.

From 2009 to 2011, Benoit served as a WCDMA Trainer at Alcatel-Lucent, where they trained on 3G UTRAN Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent products. Benoit then joined Renesas Mobile Corporation in 2011 as an RFIC System Integration engineer and later as an RF Customer Support level 2 engineer, providing customer support for Renesas Mobile RF platform.

In 2013, Benoit joined Astellia as a Support level 2 engineer, focusing on telecom and system troubleshooting and providing assistance to the level 1 customer support team. Benoit joined Kerlink in 2016 as a LoRa Support Engineer, responsible for LoRaWAN troubleshooting, customer support, and software development.

At Kerlink, Benoit progressed to the role of Technical Support Manager Americas in 2019, managing all technical customer relations for Kerlink customers in the Americas continent. Benoit also had software development tasks, including integration of the Helium blockchain miner in LoRaWAN gateways and development of Kerlink's provisioning backend.

In 2023, Benoit took on the role of Sales Engineer/Technical Support Manager at Kerlink, with a focus on sales support and managing pre-sales customer relations. Benoit is responsible for developing sales by providing support to the sales team.

Throughout their career, Benoit has gained expertise in areas such as embedded Linux, cross compilation, software integration, and customer trainings. Benoit has also worked with various technologies including 2G/3G/LTE, Linux, Windows, and application software.

Benoit Duffez earned a Master's Degree in Electronics and Communication Systems from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes. Benoit attended the institution from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, in December 2016, they obtained a certification in Duolingo Italian Fluency at the beginner level from Duolingo.
