Baptiste Leclerc

Baptiste Leclerc has extensive experience in production planning and continuous improvement, currently serving as Responsable planification de production at KERMENE since December 2020, with responsibilities including managing physical and digital flows for MES deployment. Prior roles at KERMENE include Ingénieur amélioration continue, focusing on industrial performance enhancements, and Chef d'équipe du conditionnement, overseeing a team of 40 to 50 in a packaging workshop. Initially, Baptiste gained experience as a Planificateur production, managing scheduling and production planning. Before KERMENE, Baptiste worked at Phosphea as an Apprenti au responsable maintenance et chef de projet. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme d'ingénieur from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and a DUT in industrial engineering and maintenance from IUT de Saint-Malo.
