Rick Stepp has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Rick started their career in 2000 as a Tax Accountant at Exel, and later moved on to Robinson, Maynard & Associates where they worked as an Accountant from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Kern Group as a Senior Vice President / CFO, and eventually became the CEO of Kern Inc in 2017. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Controller at Trim Systems in 2004.
Rick Stepp obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Franklin University. Rick later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing it between 2007 and 2009.
