Cherno Yahya Jallow

Cherno Yahya Jallow, born in Kombo, Gambia, began volunteering with the Gambia Red Cross Society at the age of 13. They gained extensive experience with Muslim Hands International, where they served in various roles including Social Welfare Officer and Director. Cherno co-founded Youths in Aid in 2008 and has held leadership positions with organizations like World Faith Gambia and Olbios Network for Action. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Development at Sapienza Università di Roma while also serving as a Kernel Fellow.
