Arvin Ashrafi currently serves as the Head of Finance & Operations at Kernel since September 2025. Previously, Arvin held the role of Startup CFO at Wehype from April 2022 to August 2025, where the company focused on data-driven partnerships between game publishers and content creators, achieving profitability with significant annual revenue. From April 2018 to March 2022, Arvin worked in Corporate Development and Strategy at Modern Times Group MTG AB, a publicly listed investment holding company valued over $1B, and played a critical role in the $2B carve-out of Nordic Entertainment Group. Earlier experiences include serving as an Analyst at Doktor.Se, where Arvin supported a $10M Series A funding round, and co-founding Actimore, focused on streamlining group activity planning. Arvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
