David Saltares is a highly experienced engineering leader with a strong belief in the power of trust-based, empowered, and inclusive teams for driving high performance. They served as a Programmer at Crytek and later contributed to various technology initiatives at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and Bloomberg LP as an R&D Software Engineer and Engineering Team Lead. As Co-Founder and VP of Product and Engineering at Plot, they shaped company culture while delivering innovative solutions quickly. Currently, as Head of Engineering at Hier Foods and Interim CTO at Kernel, David continues to improve software delivery and team dynamics. They hold two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from Cádiz University and Kingston University.
