Zina Larbi is a proficient professional with diverse experience in product operations, venture development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Product Ops at Kernel since February 2025, Zina has previously held internship roles in venture development at bunch, business operations at Grip, and research assistance at UCL. Zina's early career includes impactful internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tunisia and The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, as well as consulting with 180 Degree Consulting and outreach research with The Connected Set. A co-founder of El Korsi, Zina played a significant role in a campaign aimed at increasing voter turnout during the Tunisian elections. Zina holds a Global Master’s in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has pursued advanced studies through CEMS and the National University of Singapore, following a Bachelor's degree from UCL in European Social and Political Studies.
