Monica Ilstad Lenning

Monica Ilstad Lenning serves as the Group Business Controller at Kernel AS since September 2022, having previously held various managerial and consulting roles in finance and performance at Deloitte from August 2016 to September 2022. Monica's career commenced at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) as part-time cabin crew from April 2012 to June 2016, and included a role as controller for The NHH Symposium and special assistant for passengers with reduced mobility at Medema Easytravel. Academically, Monica holds a Master's degree in Business Analysis and Performance Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, along with additional qualifications from Copenhagen Business School and Università Bocconi.
