Pratik Nikam is currently leading growth and DeFi initiatives at KernelDAO, while previously serving as Chief of Staff at Rupeek. They have extensive experience in procurement, analytics, and strategic planning, having driven significant savings and operational improvements at Zolo and Deloitte India. Pratik earned an MBA in Strategy & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to optimize technology infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency.
