Logan Naidu

Logan Naidu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Logan is currently the Founder and Group CEO of Kernel Global, a recruitment ecosystem focused on high-quality, multi-niche businesses. Logan also founded Dartmouth Partners, a recruitment company with a unique "Classroom to Boardroom" business model. Logan served as the Founder and CEO of both Dartmouth Partners and Kernel Global. Additionally, Logan held the role of Group CEO at Pure Search, an international recruitment firm. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Logan worked as a Trustee at Thrive Youth Trust (formerly OPERA), where they focused on empowering disadvantaged young people. Logan also co-founded CityButler, a company aimed at making life easier for individuals. Earlier in their career, Logan was a Founding and Managing Partner at Cornell Partnership and worked in corporate finance at PwC and J.P. Morgan.
