Michael Vrabel

Michael Vrabel serves as the CFO of the Production Assets Division at Kernel, overseeing financial operations for various sectors including oil crushing, silo management, grain transshipment, and renewable energy projects, with a revenue exceeding $500 million. With a focus on enhancing efficiency, Michael established an Analytical Function that transitioned financial reporting to Power BI, reengineered accounting processes, and shortened budgeting cycles. Previously, as Head of Corporate Finance, Michael managed a debt portfolio of over $1.5 billion and spearheaded successful bond issuances. Michael's extensive financial expertise is supported by a Master's degree in International Economy from Kyiv National Economic University and a solid foundation from VTB in treasury management and partnership projects.
