Viktor Serbul is currently the Head of Industrial Automation and Energy Monitoring of Production Assets at KERNEL, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Chief Instrumentation and Automation Engineer in the Energy Management and Process Control Department at KERNEL from 2017 to 2024. Viktor’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at Black Sea Industries Ukraina, where they were Head of the Process Control Department from 2011 to 2017 and contributed as an Automation Engineer from 2004 to 2005. Viktor began their career as a Team Leader in Technical Support and Maintenance of Ships' Automation Systems at Castle Holdings LLC from 1993 to 2004. They hold an M.Sc. in Electromechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Automation and Electrification from Odesa State Polytechnic University and have pursued various English language courses to enhance their communication skills.
