KerrSmith is a multidisciplinary research innovation studio specializing in Foresight and Design.

We have extensive experience in strategy, planning, industrial, graphic and communication design, public policy and cultural production. We draw on engagement, foresight and design methods that are rooted in graphic, product, communication, service and systems design, business strategy and branding.

Our clients are decision-makers who seek innovative solutions to complex problems. They are visionary leaders who balance short-term interests with long-term goals. They partner with KerrSmith because they recognize the value of meshing our outsider perspective and multi-disciplinary experience with their own deep domain expertise. Clients stay with us because they understand that only the highest quality design and innovation, built on deep, thorough research, robust processes and diverse creative influences, can deliver the right outcome, whether that may be considerable savings or significant profits.

Experience has told us that no two projects are the same because no two contexts are. As a result, our solutions are designed in response to the individual circumstances of our clients and their products or services. Guided by a simple and yet critical approach to problem finding and solving, we have over 20 years designing successful innovative solutions.

1. We make sense of the current situation
2. We seek to understand emerging and future conditions
3. We identify the critical issue
4. We develop human-centred solutions for now and the future
