Declan Stack serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Kerry Europe, with a career that spans over a decade with the company, during which multiple leadership roles in financial and general management have been held. Previous positions include Vice President and General Manager for Central Europe and the Europe & Russia region, and General Manager for various end-use markets such as Ice-Cream, Bakery, and Confectionery. Declan's extensive finance background includes roles as Finance Director for Multiple Categories and a focus on commercial finance within EMEA, emphasizing strategic financial management and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes auditing and tax planning at HSOC Financial & Business Advisors. Educated at University College Cork with a BSC in Finance and further professional development at Harvard Business School, Declan is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
