Pascal Miola is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in product development within the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Development & Application Chef-Retail at Kerry since September 2013, Pascal focuses on creating taste solutions for key customers using Kerry technologies. Prior to this role, Pascal held positions at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours in the EMEA region as a Bouillon Development Chef, managing the Stock and Bouillon product categories. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Development Chef for Northern Foods, specializing in Oriental cuisine and snacks, and as a Development Chef at RF Brookes, where product innovation was a key responsibility. Pascal holds CAP-BEP French chef diplomas in catering, economics, and languages from Ecole hoteliere de Beziers in France.
