Wang Wei

Aged 51, has been the Chairman and a Non-executive Director of the Company since October 2021.

Mr Wang has over 28 years of experience in the logistics industry. Having founded S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. (“S.F. Holding”) (a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code 002352.SZ) in 1993, Mr Wang is S.F. Holding’s controlling shareholder and has been its chairman of the board of directors and general manager since December 2016. S.F. Holding is a controlling shareholder of the Company.

Since February 2021, Mr Wang has acted as non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors of SF REIT Asset Management Limited, the manager of SF Real Estate Investment Trust (a Hong Kong collective investment scheme authorised under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, stock code 2191).
