Kescor is a total fire protection company based upon the 4 Pillars of Kitchen Fire Safety. We educate your managers with our fire safety program to identify issues before they become major problems. This is the best way to ensure your fire system will be able to do its job. All components of your cooking system must be safe and functional, and your managers are your best eyes and ears to make that happen.

Our service crews are also trained to record issues that could lead to catastrophic fires. They are uploaded and automatically emailed to our listed contact through our cloud based service software.

The 4 Pillars of Kitchen Fire Safety:
 - Inspect: we inspect hood fire systems, extinguishers, and emergency lights
 - Clean: we clean hood systems and equipment to remove the dangers of grease
 - Repair: we repair exhaust fans and makeup air units so they can perform their function in fire protection
 - Maintain: we ensure hood filters are safe and at their best with our exchange program

If any part of the cooking system is neglected, it may cause your suppression system to fail. And once the system is discharged, any remaining fire will burn freely until help arrives. This may be too late.

That is why we believe in educating your managers on The 4 Pillars of Kitchen Fire Safety. Give Kescor a call today to learn more about our Total Fire Protection concept.
