Robin Horton

Robin A Horton, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Keshet Disabilities & Inclusion since March 2022. Prior to this role, Robin held the position of Director of Human Resources and Risk Management for the Ozarks Regional YMCA from April 2016 to November 2021, overseeing risk management and HR functions for multiple branches, focusing on areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Earlier, Robin worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at Evangel University from 2005 to April 2016, managing recruitment and onboarding processes. Robin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with a Minor in Business from Lee University.
