We help nonprofit and purpose-driven leaders lead with greater courage and confidence. We do this through:

Executive Coaching
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or new to your executive role, we provide executive leadership coaching and confidential counsel to help you work through your most challenging scenarios.

Peer Groups
Peer groups are one of our most popular offerings, allowing leaders to learn from and encourage each other in a safe, confidential group setting online.

These are diverse executives charged with leading dynamic, purpose-driven organizations. As such, they are growth-minded, comfortable with being vulnerable, and desire to achieve success while witnessing it among their fellow group members.

Strategy + Planning
Our expertise in strategy and planning can help guide your teams and organization through strategy and planning initiatives. Our value is in managing the process and keeping it moving, bringing clarity out of chaos, prioritizing decisions, and holding the team accountable for their agreed-upon work.

Whether it’s short-term planning and execution or longer-term strategic planning, our strategic guidance keeps you focused, aligned, and taking action.

Speaking + Facilitation
We have a passion for sharing what we've learned to help propel leaders and their organizations forward. Through keynote speaking and group facilitation, we have helped teams across a variety of nonprofit and for-profit business sectors find renewed purpose and inspiration in their work, and find common ground and alignment on how to get it done successfully.
