We help you make better financial decisions. We create the infrastructure that gives you the information you need, when you need it. We call this “the basics.” Once you have the basics in place, you have the means to define strategies which will achieve your goals. You will be able to determine whether your strategy implementation is on track and you will be able to identify obstacles before it is too late to take corrective actions.

We bring the power of our entire team to each “Part Time CFO” engagement. An experienced CFO, together with an experienced Controller, are in the lead. Resources are called in as needed, allowing for more on-site contact, more depth of resources, and more value added service. In addition to closing months, working with banks, auditors and tax preparers, our team approach also enables us to improve processes, craft strategy, measure performance, and assist in the implementation of operational strategies like “Lean” and “Quick Response Manufacturing".

Kessler Consulting is also a continually expanding network of financial experts, and is always interested in meeting with new talent. If you believe your skill set could be a benefit to our flexible, comprehensive model, don't hesitate to get in contact with us.
