Previously, Anders held senior consultant roles at People & Performance and Unique Human Capital, where they led successful recruitment and executive search efforts. Anders holds a B.Sc. in Business & Public Administration and an M.Sc. in Political Science from Aalborg University and Aarhus University, respectively.
