Monicca Yan

Monicca Yan has extensive experience in executive search and consulting, currently serving as a Board Member and the Agri-Business & Agri-Science Practice Group / Industrial Practice Group Leader for Asia Pacific at Kestria since May 2022. Monicca Yan has also held leadership roles at IRC Global Executive Search Partners since October 2016, including AgriBusiness and AgriScience Practice Group Leader and Industrial Practice Group Leader for Asia Pacific. Additionally, Monicca Yan has been the Senior Consulting Director for Asia at HR Partners since 2002 and previously served as the Asia Regional Leader and a member of the Executive Board at IRC Global Executive Search Partners from October 2009 to September 2013. Monicca Yan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the National University of Singapore, earned between 1987 and 1990.
