Rohan Carr is a Partner and Director at The Insight Group, an Australian executive search firm established in 1994. Since 2014, Rohan has served as Treasurer and was formerly the President of Kestria, the largest global alliance of executive search firms. With expertise in education, professional services, manufacturing, and technology, Rohan leads the Education Practice Group at Kestria and engages in thought leadership through blogging and tweeting on higher education and talent acquisition. Rohan is currently pursuing an MBA and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Doctor of Business Administration from RMIT University.
