Travis Hann is a seasoned executive search professional and entrepreneur, co-founding Pender & Howe Executive Search in January 2019, a boutique firm that specializes in identifying exceptional talent for executive and board positions. In January 2024, Travis Hann launched Flex Exec, a digital network designed to facilitate quick access to fractional and interim leadership talent. Additionally, Travis Hann serves as a Board Member at Kestria and previously held the role of Consultant in Mobility, Technology & Professional Services at Lock Search Group from April 2015 to January 2019.
