Keswick
Carroll Simmons has a strong work experience in facility and project management. In 1985, they started their career as a Maintenance Foreman at Harbor Hospital Center, where they worked until 1994. Carroll then joined Union Hospital Cecil County as a Manager of Facilities Operations, a role they held until 2002. In 2002, Carroll joined Keswick, where they initially served as the Director of Building Services. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Facilities & Project Management at Keswick.
Carroll Simmons completed a Certificate in Graphic Design/Advertising from the Baltimore Art Institute from 1974 to 1976. In 2015, they also obtained certification as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager from the American Hospital Association.
