Ashley Schultz

Ashley Schultz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Engagement at Ketchum since August 2024, Ashley previously held the position of Director of Employee Communications and Change Management at United Minds from June 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Ashley worked at Gagen MacDonald as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where expertise in strategy execution, employee engagement, and culture change was developed. With a background in enrollment management at Adtalem Global Education, and earlier roles in marketing at Dex One and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ashley has demonstrated a strong commitment to empowering individuals and driving organizational success. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communications from Monmouth College.
