Carol Brown

Carol Brown is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems since February 2023, Carol also holds the position of Software Manager at KeTech Group, a role assumed in January 2021. Previous experience includes positions as a Software Developer at BAE Systems (2014-2020), a Computing/ICT tutor at Blackpool Sixth (2012-2014), and a Senior Software Engineer at Ultra Electronics Datel (2002-2011). Carol began a progressive career in software engineering at Videcom (1987-1993), followed by roles at Datel Technology and Datel Rail Systems (1994-2000), where titles included Senior and Principal Software Engineer. Academically, Carol holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and a PGCE in Secondary ICT from the University of Cumbria.
