Nir Palistrant

Nir Palistrant has extensive experience in legal and business development roles, currently serving as EVP, Chief Business Development & Legal Officer at Keter since July 2005, where leadership includes overseeing legal functions and driving global growth through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A. Previously, Nir was General Counsel at Keshet TV, managing all legal aspects for Israel's leading TV channel. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Ron Gazit, Rotenberg & Co., and as Counsel to European Companies in the Defense Industry, focusing on complex contracts and negotiations in various international domains. Nir's career began in the Israel Navy and included positions in system engineering and consulting. Nir holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Haifa.
