Carson Vickroy is a Chief Meteorologist at KETK. Prior to his current role, Carson worked as a Morning Meteorologist at Nexstar Media Group, Inc., a Weekend Meteorologist at Cordillera Communications, and as a Fill-in Meteorologist/Contractor at 6 News Lawrence. Carson also served as the Vice President of the KU Chapter of the American Meteorological Society. Additionally, he has experience as a Weekend Weather Graphics Producer and has worked in various roles such as a Delivery Driver, Level III Martial Arts Instructor, Summer Camp Counselor, and Martial Arts Instructor. Carson holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from The University of Kansas.
